Nissan Skyline R32 GTS-T
The R32 GT-R was introduced in 1989 and continued the very successful racing heritage of its famous GT-R predecessors with several championship titles. This car was built to fit Japanese Group A racing specifications and only hit the road, because the rules demanded its street homologation. So in reality, this is a race-car for the street. For the GTS-T model, the Nissan skyline's silky smooth RB20DET engine suits the car well but lacks a little torque down low. The 158kw is produced by a 2 liter, twin cam, inline 6. Air is forced into the engine via a turbocharger with a ceramic exhaust wheel for quick spooling, air is cooled via a side mounted air to air intercooler.

With the exception of minor styling updates, the next major redesign occurred in mid-1993 with the fourth and final generation of Supra -- when the Supra entered the realm of "supercars." available in both Turbo and non-Turbo guise, the new Supra was a radical departure from Supras of old. Performance was now the name of the game, and many weight saving measures were employed -- Toyota went so far as to equip the vehicle with hollow carpet fibers and make the rear spoiler (optional on Turbo models) hollow. The Turbo model was hailed by many major magazines as a true worldbeater and in '94 won Popular Mechanics' "Design and Engineering Awards." The new Supra was completely redesigned, with rounded body styling and featured two new engines: a
